Principles
Mr. Rand Silkie founded Remedy Resource Consultants Ltd. in 1991. Rand has over 30 years experience in the fields of civil construction and oilfield transportation. A former Construction Superintendent with a major operator, Rand has an extensive background in the management and supervision of lease and road construction projects in a variety of areas, including the Arctic, foothills and mountains, tropical jungles and desert. He is also a registered Professional Landman.
Mr. Bob Dyck joined Remedy in 1995, expanding the range of services to include drilling and completions engineering and management of drilling and completion programs for various clients. Bob is a Professional Engineer with over 25 years of drilling experience. His career has included various positions such as Drilling Supervisor, Drilling Superintendent and Drilling Engineering Manager with a major operator.
