It is the strict policy of Remedy Energy Services Inc. and its affiliates to maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct in its relation to it's clients and whomever it does business with. No one is expected to commit an illegal or unethical act or is to instruct anyone else to do so.

The highest standards of integrity must be observed and maintained in all of our business dealings. Strict compliance with the laws of Canada and other jurisdictions in which we operate is a necessity and an integral part of all operations.

Our company's reputation for ethical practices is our most valued asset and must be maintained in our endeavors.

Our employees, subcontractors and associates are expected to conduct themselves with integrity and sound judgement in all dealings and associations.

People will not be discriminated against on the basis of race, creed, religion, color, sex, marital or family status or handicap.

Our clients satisfaction is key to the company's success and we must ensure their needs are met within the boundaries of sound judgement and ethical conduct. We will not compromise our integrity for any reason whatsoever and no employee or subcontractor is expected to do so.

We will cooperate in the protection of the environment and will conduct our operations in a manner that minimizes adverse impact. All regulatory requirements will be met and where possible aesthetics, habitat enhancement and other comparable initiatives will be incorporated into the overall project scope without impacting clients cost and schedule.

We will be actively involved where our expertise contributes to the betterment of industry and for the promotion of regulatory enhancements.

All transactions from relationships with clients, associates, business affiliates and contractors under our supervision will be reflected accurately and conducted with complete integrity and ethical conduct.

Our company encourages the entrepreneurial spirit of business however, care must be exercised to ensure that no conflicts; real or perceived exist.

It is our policy not to accept gifts or entertainment to ensure that we will maintain our impartiality in all dealings with contractors and subcontractors.

Our business and contracting strategies will consider and encourage the continuing improvement and development of viable, capable Contractors to assure current and future competitiveness; and availability to conduct industry operations.

We will comply with the Competition Act and will not participate in any deceptive marketing practices or pricing arrangements.
